COVID-19 Readiness
As an Essential Services business, we are open and ready to serve you! All Precautions taken.
To our customers,
Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having an unprecedented impact on lives, businesses, transportation operations, and supply chains around the world. At Miracle Man Movers, we continue to follow the guidance provided through the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) and our local Health Department as well as our state and local governments.
The safety of our customers, clients, employees, consumers, and communities is our number one priority.
As this critical situation continues to evolve, we are monitoring its development and impact on the industry. We understand there may be localized impacts. If this occurs and you have a move on the books with us already, our customer service team will reach out immediately and advise you of any scheduling changes.
Please know that at this time our level of service has not been affected in any way and we are currently servicing our customers.
Across our entire company, we will stay flexible to ensure your services are not disrupted.
This includes:
- Engaging with government agencies to be ahead of any changes for transportation and logistics operations.
- Holding daily meetings to discuss, and put in place, contingency plans if disruptions occur.
- Ensuring all vehicles are disinfected to CDC guidelines at the end and beginning of every move.
- We are monitoring our employees closely and have made our time off policy VERY liberal so that they know to stay home if they are symptomatic in any way.
We recognize this is an unparalleled time. As a leader in the household goods moving industry you, as our customers rely on us to provide quality service in a timely manner and that is exactly what we intend to do. Our Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams are working to serve your needs while staying safe and focusing on safety.
